Join Matty, the creater of Rum and Que & Scotty, the owner of East Blaxland Butchery for an evening of all things Meat!

  • Chicken wings rubbed with 'Soft Coq' meat rub and 'Meat Juice' barbecue sauce
  • Lamb ribs rubbed with 'Ram Rod' meat rub
  • 'Dirty Bird' fried chicken tenders
  • Beef Brisket with 'Intensify' and 'Blackout' meat rub 
  • Reversed seared steak rubbed with 'The Porter Rub' beer inspired seasoning finished with 'Umami Truffle Butter' dust
